Lunch trucks ply the roads all around town here in San Jose but we’ve got nothing like the new Grillenium Falcon that just started to fly, er…ply the streets of Fayetteville, Arkansas. The black delivery truck with a grilled-cheese rendition of Han Solo’s warp-driven privateer painted on the side serves up meat –filled grilled-cheese sandwiches and sides. Its menu is based on the fare at Hammontree’s Grilled Cheese Restaurant, which operates the new truck. The truck just made its first landing on May 22 at a block party in Fayetteville. Mos Eisley, here we come…with lunch.
