Friday Video: How the flying quadcopter robots came to play the James Bond movie theme

Last Friday, I posted a video of a swarm of autonomous flying quadcopter robots playing the James Bond movie theme. Not well—but recognizably. This week, I’ve found a longer video where Professor Vijay Kumar of the University of Pennsylvania explains how all this came to be at the General Robotics, Automation, Sensing, and Perception Lab (GRASP) in an excellent TED talk.
